When I was in college, I was involved in a seminar activity to provide career support for children with foreign roots. The children's backgrounds were complex, and they faced challenges that they could not solve on their own, such as an unfamiliar foreign environment, their own roots, and an unaffluent family environment. I wanted to help these children in any way I could, and I wanted to acquire more advanced teaching skills in Japanese language education. In addition, if I were to work for an NPO or a local Japanese language class in the future, the experience I gained at the College of Education would surely help me when I need to collaborate with the school site. From these perspectives of Japanese language teaching methods and teacher certification, I decided to enter the Japanese Language Education Field of the Global Education Course. There are many reliable seniors and peers enrolled in this course. After entering this course, I will be interacting with and absorbing things from people with diverse backgrounds in terms of work experience, age, nationality, and experience. I am sure that this course will be a pleasant place full of learning for everyone.
