地震の前に
- 普段から防火用品や避難場所を確認しておきましょう。
- 普段から高いところに物を置かないようにしましょう。
地震が起こったら
- 落下・転倒物に注意して,身の安全を確保してください。
- 火災を防ぐために,火の始末をしてください。
- 火災が起きたらすばやく初期消火・119番通報をしてください。
- テレビ・ラジオ・防火広告等が伝える情報に注意してください。
- 海岸に近い人は,津波警報が出たら高台にすぐ避難してください。
- 屋外への避難は,瓦や看板などの落下物に注意し,クッションなどで頭を守りながら避難してください。
- 身の危険を感じたら,徒歩で避難してください。
- 協力し合って,安全確認・応急救護をしてください。
Before an earthquake
- Prepare emergency food, water, etc… And check the location of the evacuation center on a routine basis.
- Do not put heavy items on the high place.
After an earthquake
- Protect yourself from falling objects. Stay under a table, etc… until the shaking stops. Going outdoors is very dangerous.
- Turn off all gas and burners to prevent fire from breaking out.
- In case of fire, call 119.
- Turn on the TV or radio to get information about the earthquake. NHK channel will give all information.
- If Meteorological Agency issued tsunami warnings for the coastline of Tokushima, evacuate to safer place (ex. a hill).
- If you go outside, stay away from brick walls, vending machines, or other falling objects. Bring a cushion or pillow to protect your head.
- Do not evacuate by car.
- Try to help each other in teams.
