拝啓　時下ますます御清祥のこととお慶び申し上げます。
さて，このたび本学では，下記の要領により教員を公募することになりました。
つきましては，貴学（機関）関係者に御周知いただきますようよろしくお願いします。

  1. 1.専攻名（コース等名）　高度学校教育実践専攻（教職系）学習指導力・ICT教育実践力開発コース
  2. 2.職名及び人員　准教授又は講師　１名
  3. 3.専門分野　教育工学・教師教育
  4. 4.資格
    (1)　関連専門分野における博士の学位，もしくは，それに準ずる研究業績を有し，教育上の能力を有する者。（※）
    ※将来，連合大学院博士課程の研究指導を担当できることが望ましい。
    (2)　教職大学院（遠隔教育プログラムを含む）における院生（現職教員）の教育研究指導ができる者。
    (3)　セルフデザイン型学修支援センターを兼務し，センター業務（企画・運営および初年次教育科目等の担当）に携われる者。
    (4)　大学運営，社会貢献（特に学習指導・ICTを利活用した学びについての指導に関して学校との共同研究）等の業務に積極的に取り組むことができる者。
    (5)　国籍は問わない。ただし，本学での職務遂行上必要な日本語運用能力を有する者。
  5. 5.担当予定授業科目
    大学院　教育課題探究Ⅰ，学習指導力開発演習，教育実践研究Ⅰ（学習指導力開発），教育実践フィールドワーク，学習指導リフレクションⅠ，など
    学部　鳴教大生学びの第一歩：学びのセルフデザイン，鳴教大生セルフデザインⅠ，など
  6. 6.採用予定日　令和８年４月１日
  7. 7.任期等　５年（特定年俸制適用）
    テニュア審査を経て再任された場合は無期雇用（定年６５歳）。

    (1) 採用された場合，可能な限り鳴門市近郊に在住することが望ましい。
    (2) 提出書類は返却しません。返却を希望される場合には，その旨を記載してください。応募書類に関する秘密は厳守いたします。
    また，本公募手続きにより本学が取得した個人情報は，「個人情報の保護に関する法律」に基づき，適正に管理します。
    (3) 原則として，面接及び模擬授業を行います。ただし，旅費は支給しません。

Position Opening for Associate Professor or Lecturer

  1. 1.Affiliation: Advanced Practice of School Education (School Management and Education), Development on Practice of Learning Guidance and Application of ICT
  2. 2.Job type and the number of positions: One full-time Associate Professor or Lecturer
  3. 3.Field of research: Educational Technology or Teacher Education
  4. 4.Qualifications:
    (1) Doctorate or the equivalent research achievements in the field concerned to educational technology or teacher education, and educational abilities
    NB: The successful candidate is expected to teach the Ph.D. program at the Joint Graduate School in the near future.
    (2) The ability to instruct and supervise graduate students (in-service teachers) in Advanced Practice of School Education (including online-education program students).
    (3) The ability to handle operations of Self-Design Learning Center as an adjunct faculty, including teaching first-year education courses and other related subjects.
    (4) Active involvement in university operations and professional contributions to society, particularly in collaborative research with schools on instructional practices and the use of ICT in learning.
    (5)  Japanese ability necessary to perform duties at Naruto University of Education, irrespective of the successful candidate’s nationality.

  6. 6.Date of Employment: April 1, 2026
  7. 7.Length of Contract, etc.: The initial contract is for five years, with the possibility of tenure.

    A summary of each of them in Japanese (approximately 200 characters) is required.

  12. 12.Additional information:
    (1) It is suggested that the successful applicant should dwell in the vicinity of Naruto after employed.
    (2) The application materials will not be returned. If the applicant wishes to have them returned, he/she must request so beforehand. The personal information the university has acquired in the selection process will be treated confidentially according to the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.
    (3) In principle, finalists will be invited for an interview with a teaching demonstration at the university.
    Finalists’ expenses for travel and accommodation for the interview will not be reimbursed.
    (4) The university has a policy for recruitment in which the decision is not to be influenced by applicants’ nationality or gender.
    In cases where two or more finalists are equal in qualifications and achievements, the university will give preference to female applicants.
    (5) Even if the successful candidate is a local government employee prior to employment at the university, the university will not count his or her years of service as a local government employee in the calculation of his or her retirement allowance from the university.
