3. Field of research: Clinical Psychology 

 

4. Qualifications:

　(1) Doctorate or the equivalent research achievements in the field concerned, and educational abilities
  　　NB: The successful candidate is expected to teach the Ph.D. program at the Joint Graduate School in the near future.

　(2) The ability to take charge of education, research and practical training on infant psychology and child-care support.

　(3) Certified public psychologist and Clinical psychologist.

　(4) At least three years of experience in clinical psychology.

　(5) It is desirable to have at least three years of experience teaching practical training or exercises classes in the field of

　　  psychology at a university.

   (6) The ability to collaborate with staff in educational, medical, and welfare institutions.

   (7) Active participation in university operations and professional contributions to society

   (8) Japanese ability necessary to perform duties at Naruto University of Education, irrespective of the successful

        candidate’s nationality

　Undergraduate courses: Educational Counseling  

　Graduate courses: Support Theory and Practice for Family Group and Community(Studies in Family Psychology)，Seminar

　　　　　　　　　  in Psychological Assessment for Clinical Use Ⅰ(Theory and Practice of Psychological Assessment)，

                                  Seminar in Counseling Psychology，Studies of Interview in Clinical Psychology Ⅱ，Basic Practicum in

                                  Clinical Psychology，Advanced Practicum in Clinical Psychology Ⅱ，Advanced Practical Training in

                                  Psychology，Independent Studies，and others

 

6. Date of Employment: April 1, 2023

 

7. Length of Contract:  The initial contract is for five years, with the possibility of tenure. 

                                    (The mandatory retirement age is 65.)

   (5) Summary of previous research, teaching, and experience in clinical psychology activities, and aspiration of teaching and

         research plans at Naruto University of Education in Japanese (approximately 2,000 characters)

12. Additional information:

　(1)  It is suggested that the successful applicant should dwell in the vicinity of Naruto after employed.
