The aim of this project is to contribute to the resolution of various issues surrounding teacher training through the promotion of Digital Transformation unique to teacher training. It is composed of the Center for Supporting Self-Design Learning, the Center for Information Technology Services, and the Center for Promotion of Remote Education, and the project will be implemented through the collaboration of each center. Specifically, the project aims to achieve the following:

1. Promote the digitalization of the teacher training process and realize individualized learning optimized for teacher training through the use of Learning Analytics (self-growth type teacher training)
2. Establish a remote education program for graduate schools of education, targeting current teachers and others who have difficulty obtaining opportunities for graduate school dispatch, and dramatically expand the opportunities for relearning and advanced learning for current teachers in collaboration with the Independent Teacher Staff Support Organization
3. Develop and accumulate advanced practical examples related to the GIGA School Concept in collaboration with the Tokushima Prefectural Board of Education and attached schools and support educational reform in schools
4. Construct a Shikoku-wide collaborative teacher training course in anticipation of the population decline period
