Advanced Practice of School Education | ||||
General Studies | Classes will be offered to develop students' capabilities to respond to educational issues that will arise in future school situations, and enable them to acquire basic knowledge of five related fields. The classes nurture talents and capabilities in students, and require students to utilize this knowledge and skills, as well as to systematically improve and enrich educational capabilities extensively across the entire region. | 18 credits |

Fundamental Studies | Courses will be offered in two areas. The first area aims to provide first-year education for Naruto University of Education students to acquire the qualities and abilities that will serve as the foundation for teachers who can respond to changes in social conditions and continue to learn, while building on the knowledge acquired in their studies up to high school. The other is "Physical Exercise and Expressive Communication," which is aimed at acquiring physical and mental health, selfexpression and communication skills. |

1 Students specializing in elementary school education, lower secondary school education, and special support education must earn a total of 124 credits or more from the following studies in this table: fundamental studies, university-designated studies, general studies, and speciality studies.
2 Students in the Fine Art Education Course for Lower Secondary School Education and the Home Economics Education Course for Lower Secondary School Education must earn at least 8 credits from courses offered at other universities in the Shikoku 5 National Universities Joint Teaching Program.
