Effective Team Teaching

本サイトは，外国語活動や外国語の授業におけるALTと学級担任教師が担う役割について，具体的な指導のあり方を紹介することを目的としてます。小学校において英語指導のご経験が十分にないという先生方は多いと思われます。そこで，私たちは小学校外国語教育に携わる先生方にティームティーチングの具体的なモデルをご紹介したいと考えました。ただし，ここに提示されたモデルは「完璧」なものではありません。したがいまして，私たちが提示するモデルをそのまま採用するというよりも，先生方の授業の状況にあわせてご自身の指導スタイルを追求するための，参考にしていただければ幸いです。

Our goal is to provide some practical examples of roles for ALTs and homeroom teachers (HRTs) in the classroom. HRTs often do not have a strong English-teaching background, so we especially want to provide concrete models for them. Teachers should not feel like they need to copy our examples. We are not providing perfect role models. We hope to provide teachers with a reference point that they can think about as they try to develop their own style in the classroom.
