注意事項

• 11月末（9月修了の方は5月末）までに提出している題目と必ず同一の題目で提出してください。
• 氏名の記載はLiveCampusUの登録と完全に同じものにしてください。
• ファイルの外表紙･中表紙両方に「論文題目、コース、学籍番号、氏名」を明記してください。
• ファイルの外表紙には、「正本・副本」の別を明記してください。
• ファイル背表紙には、「コース・氏名」を記載してください。

学位論文提出後のスケジュール

• 3月上旬（9月修了の方は9月上旬）修了者発表
• 3月18日（9月修了の方は9月20日）学位記授与式　※3月18日（または9月20日）が休業日となる年度は変更になります。

※If there are no changes, please write “Course,Student number,and Name” and submit.
※Please write in the title column for any changes, including in subtitles, detailed wording, words, symbols, (  ), etc.

Please be sure to submit the following items

1. Thesis：3 copies (1 original，2 duplicate copies)
2. Summary of thesis content：3 copies
3. Request for Examination of Thesis：1 copy
4. Regarding permission to make the bound thesis accessible in the library (answer)：1 copy

Format

Cautions

• Please be sure to submit the same title as the one submitted by the end of November（May）.  
• Your name must be exactly the same as on your LiveCampusU registration.
• Please clearly indicate “Thesis title, Course, Student number, and Name” on both the outer and inner covers of the file. 
• Please clearly indicate on the outer cover of the file whether it is “the original or the duplicate copies” .  
• Please write your “Course,and Name” on the file spine.

Schedule after submission of the thesis

• Announcement of graduates in early March（September）
• Diploma awarding ceremony in March 18（September 20）
  　※If March 18（September 20） is a holiday : Diploma awarding ceremony will be changed.
