修士課程カリキュラム・ポリシー

本学の理念・目的を踏まえるとともに、現代の教育課題の解決・改善に関して、専門的な立場から支援できる人材及び開発途上国の教育改善を支援する人材を養成するために、カリキュラムを次のような基本的な考え方に基づいて編成し実践します。


(1)カリキュラムの編成

現代の多様化する教育及び教育を取り巻く諸課題を踏まえ、各コースで育成しようとする人材像と合致した高度の専門性と研究能力を身に付けるとともに、学校教育や地域(国際社会を含む)、家庭と連携しながら現代の教育課題の解決・改善を先導できる社会的実践力を高めることをねらいとする専門科目によりカリキュラムを編成します。


(2) 教育の実施体制

各授業科目を担う本学教員が、現代の多様化する教育及び教育を取り巻く諸課題についての十分な理解の元、そうした諸課題の解決・改善を支援できる専門家に必要とされる理論的・実践的な力量についての観点や内容を共有し、協働する体制を構築して教育を進めます。


(3)教育の評価体制

各授業科目では、本専攻の理念・目的に沿った到達目標を定め、到達目標並びに評価の基準・方法を学生に周知し、成績評価を行うとともに、学生による授業評価を実施します。その評価結果に基づいてカリキュラムの評価・改善を図ることで教育の質の保証に努めます。

Considering the university’s philosophy and aims, the curriculum will be constructed and implemented based on the following foundational framework in order to educate people who can help address contemporary educational issues with expertise, as well as those who can help improve education in developing countries.


(1) Curriculum

The curriculum will be comprised of specialised studies that, in light of today’s diverse education and education-related issues, aim to help students acquire expertise and research abilities relevant to professionals cultivated in each discipline and to heighten students’ leadership abilities to address contemporary educational issues while cooperating with schools, societies (including global society), and households.


(2) Education: Implementation

A collaborative educational system will be constructed in which teachers teaching in the curriculum, based on a full understanding of today’s diverse education and education-related issues, will share perspectives and information on the theoretical and practical competencies required of specialists who help address such issues.


(3) Education: Assessment

Attainment targets will be established in each class in accordance with the Master program’s philosophy and aims. Students will be informed of these attainment targets and assessment standards and methods, and assessed with grades. Furthermore, students will also assess classes. We will work to ensure the quality of education by evaluating and improving the curriculum based on the results of these assessments.

専門職学位課程(教職大学院)カリキュラム・ポリシー

本学の理念・目的と専門職学位課程の教育目標を達成するために、カリキュラムを次のような基本的な考え方に基づいて編成し実践します。

(1)カリキュラムの編成

①教職及び教科に関する専門的知識の幅広い学び、②教育実践と理論的学習を融合させる学び、③生涯にわたり教育実践と省察を往還させる学び、を有機的に連携して展開できるように、共通科目、専門科目、実習科目を系統立てたカリキュラムに構造化します。また、幅広い実践性を有する新人教員、教科指導に特に強みを持つ新人教員、学校の様々な諸課題の解決に中核的に対応できるミドルリーダー、学校を俯瞰的に見渡し組織的改善を進めることができるリーダー、と養成する人材に適応した幅広いキャリアに対応するカリキュラムを編成します。

(2)教育の実施体制

本学教員が高度専門職業人としての教員を養成する使命を自覚し、学校教員の教職実践力についての観点や内容を共有し、協働する体制で教育を進めます。また、学生の異なるキャリアにおける経験と知識と知恵の相互交流を活性化させて、学生が互いに学び研鑽し合う学習環境の調整に努めるとともに、学び続ける教員としての資質能力を習得できる支援体制を整えます。

(3)教育の評価体制

全授業科目において、本学の理念・目的に沿い、高度専門職業人としての教員を養成するための到達目標を定め、到達目標並びに成績評価の基準・方法を学生に周知します。また、到達目標に基づき、教育課程において高度専門職業人としての教員の有すべき知識・技能を習得できたかについて本学教員・学生の双方が評価を行い、その結果を検証することによりカリキュラムの評価・改善を図り、教育の質の保証に努めます。

 In order to meet the university’s philosophy and aims as well as the Professional Degree Course’s educational objectives, the curriculum will be constructed and implemented based on the following foundational framework.

(1) Curriculum

A systematic curriculum will be constructed comprised of general studies, specialized studies, and practical studies so that students can engage in organically connected learning, which involves (1) acquiring specialised knowledge related to the teaching profession and educational school subjects, (2) learning that fuses educational practice with theoretical study, and (3) learning that enables students to continually engage in and reflect upon their educational practice throughout their life. The curriculum will be suited for the following kinds of professionals that engage in a wide range of careers: new teachers with wide-ranging practice-oriented skills, new teachers particularly adept at subject education, mid-level leaders who can play a central role in addressing various school issues, and leaders who can improve organisations from a higher-level perspective.

(2) Education: Implementation

Education will be carried out through a collaborative system in which the university’s teaching faculty, with an awareness of their mission to educate high-level professional teachers, will share perspectives and information on the practice-oriented teaching abilities required of school teachers. Furthermore, in addition to creating an environment in which students learn from each other by sharing experience, knowledge, and wisdom from their diverse careers, a support system will be instituted through which students can acquire the qualities and abilities that enable them to continually learn throughout their careers as teachers.

(3) Education: Assessment

In accordance with the university’s philosophy and aims, attainment targets will be established in all classes in order to educate advanced professional teachers. Students will be informed of these attainment targets and the standards and methods used for grade-based assessment. Based on the attainment targets, the university’s teachers and students will both assess whether the latter have acquired the knowledge and skills expected of advanced professional teachers. The curriculum will be assessed and improved on the basis of the results of these assessments, thereby working to ensure the quality of education.
