拝啓　時下ますます御清祥のこととお慶び申し上げます。
さて，このたび本学では，下記の要領により教員を公募することになりました。
つきましては，貴学（機関）関係者に御周知いただきますようよろしくお願いします。

1. 1.専攻名（コース等名）　 高度学校教育実践専攻（教科・総合系）　家庭科教育コース
2. 2.職名及び人員　准教授または講師　１名
3. 3.専門分野　住居学
4. 4.資格
   (1)   関連専門分野における博士の学位,もしくは,それに準ずる研究業績を有し，教育上の能力を有する者。(※)
   ※将来，連合大学院博士課程の研究指導を担当できることが望ましい。
   (2)   小学校，中学校，高等学校のいずれかの教員免許状を有することが望ましい。
   (3)   学校現場に行き，学校教員と連携して教育研究ができる者。
   (4)   大学運営，社会貢献等の業務に積極的に取り組むことができる者。
   (5)   国籍は問わない。ただし，本学での職務遂行上必要な日本語運用能力を有する者。
   (6)   連携教職課程および教職大学院遠隔教育プログラムを担当できる者。
5. 5.担当予定授業科目
   大学院　生活科学教育（家庭）の学習指導と授業デザイン，生活科学教育(家庭)の内容構成演習，生活科学教育（家庭）の教材開発演習，その他実習関連科目，教育実践研究Ⅰ・Ⅱ（家庭）　等
   学部　住居学概論（製図を含む。），住生活学，住居学【連携】，住居設計・製図，初等家庭，中等家庭科教材論，ＩＣＴ活用教科教育実践演習，教育実践基礎演習，教職実践演習，卒業研究　等
6. 6.採用予定日　令和７年４月１日
7. 7.任期等　５年（特定年俸制適用）
   テニュア審査を経て再任された場合は無期雇用

12. 12.その他
    (1)   採用された場合，可能な限り鳴門市近郊に在住することが望ましい。
    (2)   提出書類は返却しません。返却を希望される場合には，その旨を記載してください。応募書類に関する秘密は厳守いたします。また，本公募手続きにより本学が取得した個人情報は，「個人情報の保護に関する法律」に基づき，適正に管理します。
    (3)    原則として，面接及び模擬授業を行います。ただし，旅費は支給しません。
    (4)   本学においては，国籍・性別にとらわれないという理念に基づき，公平な人事を行っています。また，教員選考に際して複数の候補者の業績が同等であった場合には女性を積極的に採用しています。
    (5)   本学は，地方公務員から引き続き大学教員に採用される場合でも退職手当の通算はできない扱いになっています。

Position Opening for Lecturer or Associate Professor 

1. 1.Affiliation: Advanced Practice of School Education (School Subjects Education),Home Economics Education
2. 2.Job type and the number of positions: One full-time Lecturer or Associate Professor
3. 3.Field of research: Housing Studies
4. 4.Qualifications:
   (1)  Doctoral degree or the equivalent research achievements in the field concerned, and educational abilities
   NB: The successful candidate is expected to teach the Ph.D. program at the Joint Graduate School in the near future.
   (2)  In principle, Teacher’s license for primary school, junior high school or senior high school in Japan
   (3)  The ability to collaborate with teachers at schools for educational research
   (4)   Active participation in university operations and professional contributions to society
   (5)  Japanese ability necessary to perform duties at Naruto University of Education, irrespective of the successful candidate’s nationalit
   (6)   A person who can be in charge of the Collaborative Teaching Profession Course at undergraduate level and the distance education program at graduate level
5. 5.Courses to teach:
   Graduate courses: 
   Classroom Instruction and Lesson Design for Teaching of Living Sciences (Home Economics),
   Seminar on Material Development for Teaching of Living Sciences (Home Economics),
   Seminar on School Subject Content for Teaching of Living Sciences (Home Economics),
   Studies on Educational Practice Ⅰ･Ⅱ (Home Economics), and others
   NB: All of the above classes are taught by multiple teachers
   Undergraduate courses:
   Introduction to Dwelling Science, Science of Dwelling Life and Style, Housing Design and Drawing, Home Economics in Elementary Schools,Teaching Materials in Home Economics Education in Secondary Schools, ICT Practical Exercises for Teaching Subjects, Practical Seminar for the Teaching Profession, Graduation Study, and others
6. 6.Date of Employment: April 1, 2025
7. 7.Length of Contract, etc.:  The initial contract is for five years, with the possibility of tenure. 
   (The mandatory retirement age is 65.)

   (2)  List of professional achievements (using the designated form)
   (3)  Three principal publications (books and/or articles); originals, offprints, or photocopies
   A summary of each of them in Japanese (approximately 200 characters) is required.
   (4)  Teaching and research plans at Naruto University of Education in Japanese (approximately 1,000 characters)

12. 12.Additional information:
    (1)  It is suggested that the successful applicant should dwell in the vicinity of Naruto after employed.
    (2)  The application materials will not be returned. If the applicant wishes to have them returned, he/she must request so beforehand. The personal information the university has acquired in the selection process will be treated confidentially according to the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.
    (3)  In principle, finalists will be invited for an interview with a teaching demonstration at the university.  Finalists’ expenses for travel and accommodation for the interview will not be reimbursed.
    (4)  The university has a policy for recruitment in which the decision is not to be influenced by applicants’ nationality or gender.
    In cases where two or more finalists are equal in qualifications and achievements, the university will give preference to female applicants.
    (5)  Even if the successful candidate is a local government employee prior to employment at the university, the university will not count his or her years of service as a local government employee in the calculation of his or her retirement allowance from the university.
