Nuclear transplantation between different stocks or different species in the ciliate, Euplotes.
Nuclear functions, especially meiotic activity or gene expression, were investigated in the micronuclei-transplanted cells.

Cannibalism in the ciliate, Blepharisma.
Response to mechanical stress in the ciliate, Spirostomum.
